Rate Master AI is a loan interest rate calculation tool that:

  • Calculates Annual Percentage Rate (APR) using Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method
  • Provides AI-powered natural language parsing for loan terms
  • Performs all calculations locally on your device

3. No Financial Advice

Important Disclaimer:

  • The App provides calculation tools only, NOT financial advice
  • Calculation results are for informational and reference purposes only
  • The App does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations
  • Actual loan terms and rates may vary by lender and jurisdiction
  • You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App for lawful purposes only
  • Not use the App for illegal lending activities
  • Not use the App for fraudulent purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Use the App to facilitate predatory lending practices
  • Attempt to access other users' data (if applicable)

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY)
  • YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
